Responsibilities

Requirements
- Relevant recognized post graduate education (PhD.) from reputable academic institutions.
- DBA and MBA holders shall be considered for certain programs
- Computer and technology competency
- English language proficiency (min. IELTS 7 / CEFR C1 or equivalent)
- Relevant discipline professional certifications (Desirable)
Course Manager
We are looking for Course Manager in the following discipline areas: (Management - Project management - Risk management).
Job Description:
- Review and audit recorded lectures.
- Review and audit the weekly tests on the MOODLE platform
- Attending and following up the weekly evening panel discussions.
- Respond to students' inquiries.
- Any other administrative work issued by the college or university administration.
Job Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a related discipline.
- Professional or academic certificate in related discipline.
- Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge relating to pedagogy, student learning and assessment.
- Excellent organizational & administrative skills including relevant use of technological platforms.
- Excellent command of English language skills.

Admission and Registration Officer
Job Description:
- Receive new applicants and provide information about admission application procedures.
- Accepting and filtering student applications.
- Request, monitor and process registration form.
- Assist in liaising frequently with Finance department staff with respect to fees and accepting payments to be forwarded to Finance.
- Creates, maintains, and verifies student files and course records for internal and external use including the production of official transcripts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2- 5 years of related experience in a student records environment, preferably within a higher education institution.
- Previous experience in scheduling and registration is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
- Excellent command of English language skills.
